They confuse the hell out of all rookie QB's with the exception of maybe Luck and Watson over the past few years. Even Herbert looked confused last year some games, particularly against Miami and NE. He also ran a spread offense most of his college career although without much read option.

He's a project and a reach in the first round. He really elevated Florida when he took over but I feel he's still a reach in the 2nd round. He has nice phyical tools although I think his knees might be wonky. Good arm, needs a strong offensive system. He's a bit of a gunslinger.

He did throw to two pretty damn good talents ( Pitts should be top 5-10) Toney probably top 40.

If Trey Lance slips and you could move up without it costing too much that's a much better project IMO. A year or less learning and then you have your starter. Trask might never be more than a backup.
