it's all an act. my guys do this stuff to each other all the time, sometimes it's a cat acting scared sometimes it's the corg... it's a game.

My dog plays with two of my three cat. His fav game appears to be put the cats head his mouth then act suprised when I look at him.

"look dad I'm as surprised as you are right now. I'm just laying here and this dang cat trying scratch his head on my teeth."
