those courts are like a cattle call, everybody with an excuse and it can take hours,

if you dont mind the points and the 85 fish, submit to the rape and be done with it

if you are against being raped, first step is to request a police report of the incident, depending on the jurisdiction this may cost 10=25 fish, but you will get the snitches name at a minimum

then request a postponement as you simply dont have time to properly defend yourself

I counter-claimed against someone (using the name from their complaint to file it) who did the same thing to me. Verdict: Judge asked if cooler heads would prevail and we'd drop it. The complainant's response, "I didn't even know I had a summons. So.. yeah."

not really. i think the car was red. she was literally doing 15 mph to piss me off because i was flashing my lights to get her to wake up or get out of the way.

Meh. I went around someone who'd put their turn signal on, only they didn't mean to, and got mad I passed them - over a dotted line. Psycho followed me home to report my "hazardous driving."

I drive fast nowadays to ensure that I cannot swerve anymore.

Kick wasn't with me-- oh.

EDIT: My court "day" took me 2 hours. I took a book. Nowadays, I would take my iPhone, a charger, and a 100' extension cord. Or maybe my Kindle Fire.
