Those mid 90s Indians lineups were ridiculous

Thome, Belle, Manny, Lofton, Sandy Alomar.. crazy. David Justice too or did he show up later?

From what I remember, 96 was their best lineup. I think Justice came later. They had guys like Julio Franco and Baerga hitting in like the 7th and 8th hole.

As a side, I thought David Justice was the coolest player ever. His swing was so smooth

I also remember the Braves having a stretch from the mid 90s through a lot of the 2000s where they had four 30 homer guys in their lineup every (frank)ing year. They'd move one out and another would come in. (frank) the Braves

lol galarraga. goes from a career 20 homer guy to hitting almost 50. so obvious he was juicing.

Loved the Big Cat.

I remember getting seats just behind the dugout and a couple guys behind me kept saying "meow" every time he stepped into the on deck circle. He hit a home run and just stared at them as he walked into the dugout. The man was terrifying.

I always hated Javy Lopez because it was so obvious he was juicing. So many on that team were loaded with roids.

meh. pretty much the whole league was. it was an even playing field.

Glenallen Hill hit ball out of wrigley, across waveland ave and onto the roof of a 3 story building. i think he took sosa's flintstone vitamins that day.

That's part of the fun. You can see the pressure absolutely crushing some of these guys.

I feel you're not unbiased here for some reason.

The play by play guys saying Davis hesitated are dumb. They even showed the replay in slow motion where you could see he took a step forward then threw it like a human being throws when trying to put power into it.
