We aren't talking medical marijuana here champ I am saying that BC's idiotic decriminalization of multiple hard drugs has contributed massively to it's EI base. Tens of thousands more on the streets collecting government assistance but also not tracked under the 'EI' umbrella. My god man this is basic sh!t.
