I've never really paid attention to PLD's game. Stats look good. So what's the beef?

He's the version of Mittelstadt that never started working. Very lazy. Kind of a Richard in the locker-room it's rumored. Takes a lot of lazy hooking and tripping penalties. And he's on a long term, expensive contract.

This Chicago blogger is suggesting that the Blackhawks should give up a 2nd for Skinner. I think this blog would unanimously approve that deal, no?

$2m retained seems like a nice sweet spot. I think the Sabres would do that for future considerations but getting a 2nd would be really nice
