I've never seen a player turn away, let off, completely give up on plays more than Mitch Marner does in the playoffs. Scared little guy he is

I mostly agree with what you're saying but I'd still take him for the right price. There are very few "perfect" players. The key is to find the correct assortment of imperfect ones

I celebrated the Leafs loss too. Glass half full stuff, at least Vegas didn't get to buy another cup.

In all honesty, I'd hate Vegas for what they are doing regardless of whether or not Jack was there. Him losing is just an added bonus. (frank) Mark Stone ten times more than Jack.

He's no showed in the biggest series of his career so far. He no showed last year against Florida as well if you think that series was bigger. Hes not built to be good in the playoffs and he certainly doesn't have the heart.. I dont expect any player to be perfect. If you dont have the heart though you aint worth a DAMN

Couture is probably to much of a risk as well IMO. You dont know what you're getting with him at 35. and that cap hit is atrocious for that type of risk. Bigger question mark and risk than P.Kane was this past season. IMO.

Stamkos would be perfect for us. We need a good center. We need a guy to lead these youngins. He showed he's still got it.
