I would probably be looking to move Sanheim. i know he has the NMC but I don't think it would be an issue. Does he really want to spend the prime of the career in a dysfunctional rebuild? He had a solid season so why not see if you can move that deal.

Ruff is an old time coach who has been flexible and grown with the game. Adjusted his tactics from the past. Tortorella hasn't. It's 2024 not 2004.
