And (frank) the yotes!

Salt lake should be a great market.

With that done, let’s just hope the league expands and we can get the nordiques back.

it would seem the NHL's market studies beg to differ. as in they're literally begging for this to be untrue, as stubborn as it is.

but Quebec? nah, bro.

- Pat1993

My research has come to the conclusion that QC "won't work" because of the minimal corporate dollars available and would be undesirable to players

Was reading how the original group who bought the jets wanted to move the team to Minnesota, but the facilities were not available, so big butt-man insisted they dabble in the desert

It kinda worked to develop the game. Matthews being a prime example

I think it's viable, but the NHL is trying to prioritize bigger markets where profits would be exponentially more important. the key word here is trying.

It certainly did. And maybe if they get an arena anywhere besides Glendale in 2003, we aren't talking about them moving. Unfortunately, every guy who bought the team after Moyes sold the fan base on false promises like the monorail guy in the Simpsons

that depends on what you think is going to work, Pete. the stairs to nowhere industry probably has more potential than the coyotes ever did.
