I went off on him multiple times this season and apparently I was right. He handcuffed the organization with a mental breakdown and gaslighted them into fostering an environment that was completely catered to his fragile psyche.

"Over the hill" is one thing. Setting guys who have never have come close to winning anything in a combined three decades worth of hockey as the model you want you youth to emulate is another. The fact that Adams, a former player who actually has a championship on his resume, couldn't see that from day one was bad enough. The mind blowing, and outright laughable part, is that he went back to that well this season. This team will be nowhere near a success until he is out the door.
