none of those 4 are difference makers and at the end of the day, with a full season of greenway and clifton, we were worse this season than last season

this "young" core does not need leaders, they need to be told to take the headphones off and act like winning matters more than anything when at practice, in games and working out for the offseason

Looking up to someone and that person being a good leader are 2 different things. Great he taught him how to be a great guy, but Okposo or Girgensons sure didn't teach them how to Win on the Ice. I want someone who is gonna lead these young men to the playoffs, not F@cking hold there Hands.

This team will not win a cup with those two at the top.

A real coach may get them in but the team isn’t constructed to make a deep playoff run.

I know I poop on him constantly but he has taken responsibility today and he seems pissed off. He also seems to have a clear vision of an experienced HC. I still think he's in over his head but maybe something knocked loose. Or I'm just trying to create excitement in my own head. Idk

What I like about Ruff is he can get the most out of defensemen. I think he is the guy to unlock Power and Byram and take Dahlin to another level. He definitely can get this team to the playoffs imo. The only box he doesn't check for me is he hasn't won a cup.

I feel like unlocking this teams defense and having a pressure system is exactly what this team needs. This is a speed, skilled team that needs the defense to step up.
