He’s a good developmental guy. Don’t think he has it in him to progress this team to next level. He made a lot of mistakes that ultimately cost him his job.

The team went “focused on defense this year”

They destroyed the offense and defense was still a mess.

He was also set up to fail. Had zero help, the owner and GM are both idiots.

Yeah the coach usually takes that bullet often. It's why I think they get a job somewhere else fairly easily. Aslong as they didn't completely suck.
