Humorous watching the outrage at Vegas for doing what multiple teams do.

Ya, Stone had a major injury. Not sure Murray was even hurt, just had an inconvenient salary.

I agree, I was specifically talking about the trades, who are aching for people and who pay well

Snyder Industries in Tonawanda, start at $24 an hour, and if you can't live on $24 an hour in Buffalo, you've got some problems, and that's just to start

- Wetbandit1

There's good jobs out there, and some surprisingly pay Well. You just have to look. A lot of Machine Operators jobs Available with Training. Basically push 3 Buttons on a CNC machine and make 25 Bucks a Hour. Sh!t even if you hate it take the free Training and move up and Become a Programmer and make a Nice living.

This is just Canada but nonetheless

None of that could be the fact that people stopped going to the fücking doctor in 2020, 2021 for that nagging cough, or their weird abdominal pain, nope, TURBO CANCER!

Christ, it happened in the UK during covid

Ah, but don't let a good narrative go to waste

Also nice of that graph to stop in 2022, and the data are being manipulated.

This is a chart of excess deaths above the baseline from 2017-2020, not adjusted for anything

Who's that I spy on the bottom row? Well, that certainly doesn't jibe with the big scary graph you posted. And OD deaths have been on the rise since before covid, and have skyrocketed in the past couple years with fentanyl being in everything, but again, nope, must be TURBO CANCER from the covid vaccine.

Since we're a service economy, so the bulk of people work in the service industry, and the service industry treats its employees like poop, he's not wrong.

You can live well in Buffalo on $50K before taxes?

That's roughly $40K after taxes and insurance.

Yes, the median income in Buffalo is $29K, the household is $46K

I also didn't say "well" because that's subjective

Edit: That's also entry level pay

I would like to know how families are living well on 3,333 a month

that covers a mortgage, a car payment, groceries and maybe utilities

clearly no room left for skinamax, sabres tickets or strippers

It's very cheap to live here, and again, I never said "well" because everyone's version of "well" means something different

The official poverty level has always been absurdly low.

Nobody is living on $29K without it being a massive struggle.

Bro, there was no other option except depression

Hail Satan

- Wetbandit1

No, all signs were pointing to a recession long before the lockdowns. We were nearing the end of a decade long bull market.

By avoiding the recession, they have created the upcoming depression.

My rent for a 2 bedroom apartment built in the 1970s in a very low crime area is $770 a month. Where does it say you have to own a home? Have a new car? If you can't live on 40 grand in Buffalo you're a fücking idiot that needs to get your spending in check

rent going up 200 a month everywhere when most people renew their lease

companies out of state buying homes at a rapid rate

those not in a house now or in the next 12 months may never own a home
