They almost made the playoffs this year...this offseason will be about internal growth again, getting stronger together.

Funny! Appert comes from the USNDP Tree himself, seems Adams likes that Tree. Think Appert is a solid coach, but unless you get him some Quality Assistant Coaches you are gonna have the same inexperience behind your Bench as they do know.

The Sabres should hire bonafide NHL level Assets for Donnie since he isn't going to be fired... Which I disagree with, but I'd be "ok" with him retaining the reigns if his Assistants are quality.
