The recipe of having 3 of the leagues top paid players, who are also three of the leagues softest players, is never going to work. Throw in our #1 Dman playing the first 40 games without a penalty, and you have too much soft taking up most of the cap. Leaf fans are used to a 1st round exit and this year will be no different.

If it’s Boston, I want a 3rd line that can score and take advantage of their weaker 3rd and 4th lines. If it’s Florida, I want more emphasis on a strong defensive group for the 3rd line. Their 3rd has some punch.
