Yeah. Huge. Two games in hand on Boston, 1 point ahead

If Rangers can somehow get this win tonight we’d be in amazing shape. Gonna be extremely tough though. Colorado is great at home and is pissed about Montreal loss.

Mackinnon's streak ends tonight.

Goddammit!!
The one Thursday of the year the band is playing coincides with one of the best games of the season (I assume)!

I would love a win tonight. Would be a statement game. And frankly, I cant stand Georgiev. Thought he was such a whiny little biitch when he was here. He envied Igor being the #1 and you could tell they didnt have the best relationship. He just seems like a shiitty teammate. Then when they beat us at MSG in the beginning of the year he celebrated like they won a playoff round

Whoops! It was last year. Thanks for the clarification. Either way, since then I've been rooting for his demise

Understandable.
I liked Georgie as a back up, but his attitude wasn't great, for sure. He acted like a mid-level chick who insists she's a 10. Like, really?? You're upset because you're not starting ahead of Igor Shesterkin?

I guess hate is a strong word. But dislike strongly. Because he's fine for him carrying the Rangers water, unless he decides it's not. I know public discussion were had with about the Rangers moving on from Zibanejad and trying to acquire Eichel.

Putting aside that the fact, the deal was never going to happen because Buffalo was spiteful, Brooks was so mug in dismissing people about it. Now he's question the legacy of Zibanejad.

i feel like all those old guard beat writers are wieners. carp was always worse than brooks, at least on socials. brooks probably worse in the actual column. times of the trade being different they probably had to grind for sources and scoops, that stuff's mostly gone.

you hardly see vince or molly break any type of transaction or story that hasnt already been tweeted out by the canadian media. not knocking them, vince and molly are the new wave and excellent writers.

idk much about the new guy at the athletic (libs). he used to be on the colorado beat, that's about it.

my favorite Brooks thing was that we'd always initiate a Rangers topic on here and then suddenly the next day Larry wrote about it, just by pure coincidence

I'd like to see get to 110+ points. That would be the 2nd best scoring season ever by a New York Ranger.

Is he really stealing from the comment section here or is that what we are discussing pretty commonly discussed topics amongst Ranger fans?

I really believed Brooks sometimes used our conversations here as ideas for his columns
