I mean yeah, but that's just based on what has happened thus far in the regular season. Fair or not, I'm not gonna trust this team/organization until they do it. Especially given the b2b playoff eliminations in which they had what should been stone cold locks on the series.

I gotta say, that Devils series (frank)ing broke me for a bit.

Gallant made me furious. Smug asshole.

Honestly I was very underwhelmed by the moves but I think Drury has done some very good things to tweak and lengthen this roster. I can't complain about the results.

I put the avatar on when Drury was radio silent and all of the other teams were making moves. I just never changed it back and now I am afraid to because of superstition.

Fair enough. Not that I don't laugh at the image. I just have trouble wrapping my head around the idea that we are front-runners to win the President's Trophy and a real Cup contender IN SPITE OF our GM. The guy is so bad that we are a top team?? His underwhelming moves at the deadline have produced an 8-2 record.

Ugh, me too. At least my Devils friends were cool about it because they knew there was no way in hell they were going anywhere. We usually save our banter for the regular season.

yeah I have no idea

I still think Patrick Kane's acquisiton completed screwed up Panarin more than anything else and I am more than willing to agree Gallant was terrible for Lafreniere

In the near future all I will care about are 16 wins.

Like JRR stated, hopefully not having a dope for a coach helps improve those odds.

I only felt they were underwhelming at the time. I think they were intelligent/shrewd moves by a GM we don't give enough credit to at times.

Kane did not mesh well at times and Panarin was definitely forcing it, but that series is 100% on Gallant, at least that's what I believe.

You're not wrong.

the main account is now banned because it was flagged Blake wheeler charts in December. somebody has a hard on for me. (mods just doing their job. not their fault.) but it's the internet. It's not that serious. Even TJ and are cool. I hate almost nobody here.

No, but the original post wasn't a troll. The Rangers have earn our trust. Let's be honest, you can't trust them in the playoffs. They have to deliver.

That's why I said anything less than 16 wins is unacceptable. Feel Lavy is the right coach for this team.

I mean the dude stunk at the time and had 1 working hip. But they trudged on anyway. And that bozo actually had the gall to not worry about his job.

You're not wrong. But they also had a coach that had no ability to adjust or overcome anything.
