Igor was good last night despite giving up 5 goals. - blacksheep1
Politely disagree. He was really good in the 1st I thought. The second and third we got caved in and defending was optional, so he was hung out to dry of course. But can he make a save on a breakaway or 1on1 clear shot to the glove side? I feel like his breakaway stats have never been great, even back in his amazing 2022 year. That playoff run he was scored on so many times on breakaways, culminating in that Stamkos follow-up batted in goal in gm 6. Just drives me nuts about him. We were spoiled by Hank all those years on breakaways |

It wasnt a particularly bad game, but it obviously wasnt a good one. I think he did the best he could with the sieve that was playing in front of him. Yes. there were a couple I thought he should have kept out of the net, but he also made a few pretty nice/big saves to keep a lid on the game some what. |

The fact of the matter is that with today's sticks and the way these players train, the shooter holds the advantage on a breakaway or clear chance from in front. 2 of those goals went off the post and in and one was just inside the post, over the pad. Those are the best shots that can be made and sometimes the shooter just wins. We need to prevent those opportunities, not blame the goalie for being human. |

So we are benching Vesey who has 2 more ev strength goals then Zib and plays his ass off every shift because he made a mistake. Good plan! |

If you right click the image and click 'view image', it will usually open up a separate tab direct to it and the .gif or .jpeg link will be in the address. |

They all are going to get cycled in and out and rested through this final stretch of games. He had a rough game, maybe he should get a day off to rest.

I mean this has to be the worst fan base in the history of sports, I joined the page maybe a month ago hoping to talk hockey with some true Rangers fans. The amount of unrealistic ridiculous posts in here saying “this team is washed” “this team can’t beat good teams” “this team will get bounced in the 1st round” “Igor sucks”…..they have lost 5 games in 2 months, FIVE GAMES IN 2 MONTHS. Anyone who really knows hockey and is a TRUE fan I’ll catch you else where because this isn’t the page. Y’all suck, start giving credit where credit is due |

Here's the thing. The "Rangers can do no wrong" crowd fights with the "Rangers can do no right" crowd and the level headed people get drowned out |
