You are fool, she is here all the time (just maybe my wife knows her?).

The other reason you are a fool (I'm sure there are many), is that I've said countless times that Draisaitl is a guy you don't trade if you don't have McDavid, but WE DO HAVE MCDAVID (thought I'd mention that in case you have forgotten again in your pea brain). It's quite obvious that this team can't win unless one of the top two centres commits to a 200ft game, and our ELITE (yes, elite, top five even for Drai) centres do not play well defensively.

I would love for Draisaitl to commit to a 200ft game and win a cup for us, but I see this as unlikely. He still plays with a lot of immaturity, body language after giveaways, trying to do too much, changing on the back-check, flying the zone too early, getting pissy with reporters, etc. etc. He needs to grow up.

This thread is a bit of an insult to me to be honest, it's actually too late to trade him now. We could have received a king's ransom a year or two ago, but now people know that it's possible, and that he might walk, and.....wait for it...he's not as good (meaning as "uber-elite") as once thought.

I tell my clients that "you prepare your ship BEFORE you set sail, not during the storm". I never disliked Draisaitl, I've leaped off of my chair many times watching his goals, but he's an asset and a part of a business, the business of winning a cup. I just never really thought he'd be part of the solution, and wow....look at what we could possibly receive if he were "shopped" (not traded). It's too late. I could have traded him to you 2years ago for 1.25x his value and half of your team, and now you'd be dealing with this not me.

also...f4ck are you ever dumb.
Now go put your reflective vest on and light your cigarette for your drive to the job site.

Once again you are dodging things you suggested. Drai's GF is indeed from Sudbury and not Montreal as you said. Now you are saying you know her (thru a subjective possible other). This lady who has been in a handful of Hollywood top movies now spends her time in Edmonton over LA. OK.

You have shown some remorse to some comments you have said about Drai after he has had a game better than you expected, but you have almost always had an issue with his game, but I cannot recall a single time you have posted a situation where you would consider keeping him. It has always been "shop him, sell him, he isn't as good as most think. He's lazy, doesn't back check, and sucks compared to what anyone else thinks".

Oh, and how you talk down to people with terms like "How I talk to my clients" makes you sound like a GIANT douchcanoe. Try speaking "WITH my clients/guests/coworkers" may get you a little further. Talking TO your others sounds like you think you have power over them. If all your "investors" feel that way you won't go far. But hey, you do you. You know better than everyone else on this giant ball of earth and water. Not to mention your last line or so criticizing my line of potential line of work as you see it. Which is completely wrong by the way. But you do you. Keep posting incorrect things. I think those guys make like $40/hr. That's a huge lose of futures for you if they figure out who you are and you poop talking their line of work. None of them will invest with you or your company. Blue collar also kind of keeps it tight and helps one and other out.

I 100% would have shopped him, now I don't think I would.

I still think his maturity has a long way to go, and I think he's lazy, but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

I also think Drai will disappoint us all and leave on his own.

I have a lot of close friends, of which some are clients, who made their way in life by working hard, and building their futures by getting their hands dirty. I have zero issues with "blue collar" workers, quite the contrary. This is the lifeblood of a society, and these are the jobs that nobody wants to do anymore actually. These professions should be respected at the highest levels. I probably misspoke when I was trying to insult you, and I apologize, but you really p1s5 me off sometimes!

Go read past posts, indeed Draisaitl drives me absolutely crazy the way he plays because he can be (and I guess IS) soooooo good. There are just so many holes in his game however, and purely from an asset management perspective, he should have been strongly considered to be replaced. Nuge is a top level 2C in the NHL and moving one of the top 5 NHLers to obtain a top 3 winger, top pairing D, and possibly even an elite goaltender...is not unintelligent. It is especially not a bad move if one has the premise that this player is over valued by some. You know....sell high, buy low.

Nobody can argue that Leon's value is higher now than it was when he won the Hart trophy, nobody. What if we now had something like Pastrnak, McAvoy, and maybe Swayman/Ulmark? That's not worth exploring?

How about Kyrou, Krug/Parayko, Oreilly, Binnington/Husso? not worth kicking some tires?

Panarin/Kreider, Trouba/Fox, Georgiev....? No?

There were deals to be made, and for hopefully the last time...if we didn't have McDavid, I would not shop Draisaitl, he'd be the guy to build around. (in which case we'd need a coach to break him and rebuild him, in my opinion).

I'm so tired of defending this argument to you guys. (and to your point, I should stop).

I rescind my stupid blue-collarish insult, sorry about that.

Go Oilers.

Oil have a tough 1st rd ahead of them. If they get bounced - Ze German leaves - The Jesus leaves as a result. I think McDavid is itchin’ for a reason.

If my occassional responses elicit such a hateful response guess what your incessant posts suggesting the same thing everytime are doing? I do not respond everytime you post another suggestion that Drai should have or should be traded. Guess how much people have grown sick of the same old story coming from you. We all in Sean's blog know it and understand it... You're not a big fan of Drai and think he should be dealt for a massive return (if that's still available), or should have been shopped 5 years ago when McDavids elite was still unknown and the Oil had JUST SIGNED Nurse's overpay extention.

Yes Leon skates back to the bench slowly at times and needs to ensure he is getting back there quickly. Yes Leon does some stick checking instead of taking the body. His defensive side of the game is not elite. We all know this and see it toom We don't need it pointed out every blog.

As for your suggested deals, Boston was never giving up Pasta plus for Leon, let alone a top tier G with it. And Fox, Panarin and Trouba all forced deals to NYR so that deal is unrealistic as well.

May you and your family have a great long weekend.
