The current reality heading into year 5 of the 3rd rebuild in 13 years:

- The top line is unreliable, inconsistent and lacks leadership qualities
- The forward depth is non existent...throughout the organization
- The entire d-core is soft, overpaid, mismanaged, and the cherry on top, they are not good at defense
- Goaltending is a toss up, inconsistent and mismanaged - known to crack under pressure

All while the coaching is inept, the GM is a fraud and the owner doesn't care.

Prospects and draft picks are not going to solve any problems in Buffalo, the 4th rebuild is coming.

Yes the same page, holding players accountable is part of that. But that does not mean these players should not hold each other accountable. That's part of being a team and I don't care where they come from. These are elite players that have gone through a sh!t tone to get to this point. I already said Granato needs to go, but I am not blaming it all on him. These players need to be held accountable to. Ridiculous to think Otherwise.

I’m going to back peddle on my core statement from a couple weeks back and say Power is NOT part of the solution moving forward. He’s soft to his core and I don’t think that’s going to change.
If Adams wants to fix this, Power should be on the table along with Tage, Skinner, Lev, several prospects, 1st this year and next year
