They were showing with videos and still photos what a terrible lazy game Draisaitl played, he was minus three. Not good enough for a team with big expectations heading into the playoffs. - Pacificgem
TBH I think this Oiler club will go deeper than the Nucks based on sheer scoring alone but that work ethic will eventually bite them in the ass like it did last night. For a time there it appeared that McD and Drai were buying into Kobluaghs 200' game plan but much like the Nucks they have got away from it. Not much time to sort it out before PO's either. |

Gained another Bettman-point.

The past two games EP40 has looked terrible, just not generating anything offensively and playing a perimeter game. In hindsight not picking up a scoring winger to play with him was a huge miss by Allvin and Rutherford. Lindholm is a nice player but he wasn’t the right player to get imo.
Pettersson excels when he’s with talented players and he can use his shot, creativity and passing skills. Love Hoglander but he’s a middling player at best and he’s a north / south guy. Canucks need top six wingers!! - Pacificgem
It makes it tough when you have 3 top 6 players and are trying to fill in with questionable 3rd and 4th liners like Mikheyev, Suter and Hoglander. |

Years of trading away picks is catching up. Gotta wait on Lekki.
It’s still on Petey to drive his line which he hasn’t for a long time. He’s been sloppy with the puck & isn’t creating anything. He got 11.6m for a reason & has to play up to it. Yes he needs a true top 6 winger but that’s a poor excuse. |

Certainly does but doesn’t explain the PP. He doesn’t look dangerous. |

Maybe RT should take a play out of Green's book and practise them hard for a few days. Oh wait he did that and they still look like trash. lol
How did the 11.6 million dollar Swede look last night?

Better trade him so the same thing doesn't happen like what has gone on with Miller. |

Petey 11.8
Hronek 8 plus.

Miller seems fine with Brock’s corpse and one legged Ilya. They brought in Lindholm to appease him and it doesn’t work. I suspect they go back to the loto line as no one else can help the kid |

@ThomasDrance
Is Elias Pettersson’s recent form a concern? (Not remotely even though he hasn’t been close to his best, but he’s rolling with a 98.9 PDO since the All-Star break so #Canucks fans say “yes”.)
Drance thinks you’re just as big an idiot as you think he is.
BTW - land deal was approved and should be theirs post action. |

90 points for a 7.3 million cap hit is still one of the best bargains in the league. |

Just checking in from my couch where I’m watching the Players Championship, great tournament. Scheffler and his green pants are making a move up the leaderboard.
Happy St. Paddy’s Day!! 🍺🇺🇸 |

Management had their chance to help the top 6 situation and blew it. They knew the situation before hand. They have 3 top 6 players, 2 of them permanently together.
I know you wanted them to go all in. Trade next two first rounders and all prospects on the table not named Willander as you put it. The window is this and next season as you also put it... so a giant flop by management. Lay it all on one player is just pressing the easy button. |

100 % agree. Now trade him while value is high because 90 pts for 11.8 mil is not great.

His contract kicks in next season. If you are going to use seasons leading up to the new contract, why omit his 102 points from last season? Because you don't want to admit that he's a 100+ point player?
Also, you mock people who were using his on pace numbers early this season but now that he's on pace for less, you use it to no end.
