yep - there are plenty out there. I didn't like the Rapp signing - didn't look too good to me last year and paid too much to keep him

That would be one of the biggest improvements he can make. It isn't the Skinner is terrible, but with that cap space, a lot can be done. Top of the mark players would now become realistic options.
