This team is severely devoid of team leader...a guy others will get behind and play their ass off for.

I'd worry a lot more about putting together a good roster than bringing in "leaders". As an example, Eric Johnson is one of the worst FA signings we've made since Leino. He was supposed to be a great veteran leader...how's that turning out?

I'd rather we sign guys who play well, I could give two poops if they're silent otherwise.
