Well atleast Adams got to try out his new Knee Pads!

Those knee pads are like 8 years old and full of Jay McKee’s staph infection.

A longer development curve generally reduces their chances of being an impact player in the NHL. If you believe that, then maybe a few of these grades are a little optimistic.

I do think there's a bit of quantity over quality with these propsects overall.

Rosen skill and play wise is ready, he needs more weight on his frame...so l9nger curve for him based on that...not longer cause he doesn't get it / not performing.

Kulich needs to round out his defensive play, so further development, but for the 28th pick it is to be expected.

P3ople have already forgotten that JJP, Quinn, Power and Benson all "graduated" pretty quickly.
Sure, they are high picks...but they have already made it to the show and are continuing to improve.
Kulich and Rosen breaking down the door, Johnson better than all but 2 Dmen...maybe just 1 soon.
Savoie, Ostlund and Novikov giving notice.

JC, how many do you guys want FFS!
You guys are funny.

I know we can count on you voting for Briben Biden, or really Obama's 4th Term.
Did Hochul select you to be on the Commission for Reparations?

Terry steps away, hires all new people with no connection to this plan:

President of Hockey-Ops: Communicate the desired identity of the organization

GM: Build to match the desired identity

Coaching staff: Manage the day to day to maintain the identity

Captain: Lead through action to prove identity

Players: Earn it everyday

What would you say the current front office is set up as? Can anyone explain the identity of this team or what its becoming?

Do you see accountability at any position in the organization?

Having to promise a rookie a full NHL season to get him to sign is another signal of the sad state of the franchise.

Is anyone arguing against the sad state?

Just for fun....if Rosen doesn't play any more in the NHL this season, does that impact your grade on him?

He'll be waiver exempt for 2 more years, for anyone interested.

Rosen fits the profile of a middle 6 winger.

We have an abundance of that already.

He’s more pro ready than Kulich, Savoie, and Ostlund but all three have higher ceilings.

Not a knock on Rosen, more so an appreciation of the pipeline we have.

He would be a guy I include in a trade and I think he goes on to have a long NHL career.

But he's also not NHL-ready on a team that could have really used him.

He may go on to have a long career, but the odds of him turning into a top-6 impact guy have fallen.
