I am fully convinced that Adams is now in over his head. He did a very nice job of steading the ship and getting it sailing in the right direction...and actually made a fair amount of improvements. This article proves he is way in over his head now though.

That said, everyone reaches their own level of incompetence eventually and I think whole-heartedly that Adams has reached it. He and his staff need to finalize their developmental evaluations and quickly move to using a good portion the 12 Forwards coming up to acquire the pieces necessary to complete the puzzle. Find them in Trades...
-a top 9 scoring, pain-in-the-ass Winger,
-a top 4 Right-hand Defenseman who can actually defend and compliment Power and Dahlin, and lastly
-an experienced veteran with SC-winning pedigree to lead the team and replace these mamby-pamby, vibe-centric veteran leaders who know nothing but losing for the last 7+ / 12 seasons.

Oh, and fire the Assistant Coache's who can't implement a winning system. Yes, they2 won alot last season playing exciting wide-open, but playoff losing run and gun, no D style (not a syst3m, pond hockey really).

Get real Kevyn,if the wining window is really, really open then sit Girgensons, Okposo, Jost, Olofsson and E Johnson ( not hitting 1,000 games is not a Sabres issue, rather the Avs issue who cut him loose)... play Robinson, Ryan Johnson, Rosen in their place.
