Glad he found the Fun again, hopefully the Organization doesn't rip it away again. And get this kid some help out in front of him.

Yeah, can you even fathom that. Maybe don't drop the weight of your Organization on a player with 7 games to his resume. This Organization really likes to mess up there High end Assets. How much better would Dahlin be at this point if they had actually gotten him a good Partner and Mentor to learn from. Doing the same thing to Power. Are forwards have SirFallsAlot and Retired Man to learn from and we see how well that's going.

Robinson wants nothing to do with the rough stuff.

It was explicitly said by Columbus people.

He’s fast and will forecheck but if people are expecting him to come in a fight and muck it up they are going to be severely disappointed.

Whoopee.... The Sabres traded 3/4 of a bag of hockey pucks for 1/2 bag of hockey pucks. Are we supposed to be impressed?

Craig Rivet made a great point yesterday.

Do the Sabres “look good” with 10 minutes to play in the 3rd. Or is it more the other team is packing up and heading for the bus already being up 3-4 goals.

- ImThatGuy

it can be both or just one. it's irrelevant, too.

Wouldn't be deserved if so, Rosen has played well and set up some really nice plays in the o-zone.

If he's sitting, he should've already been sent down, but kid looks more ready than Kulich...Taco was right yet again.

lines not out yet, but

Skinner-Mitts-Thompson
Benson-Cozens-Peterka
Rosen-Krebs-Olofsson
Robinson-Jost-Okposo

No, he doesn't. All bets are off if they go 11/7, but Rosen had an extremely strong game against the Wings.

One of Clifton or EJ appears to be sitting tonight but since Dahlin was missing yesterday it (frank)ed everything up.

Only guarantee tonight is Okposo is on the ice during the last 2 minutes of the game, regardless of the score.

That might be right, but we saw Kulich for 1 night on LOG. How would anyone know?

3 people in the first 19 seconds of this video have played major roles in the downfall of the Sabres organization....even the draft pick back then was skill focused and never made it in Buffalo.

Kulich is shinier but Rosen continually gives you more in both ends, and that's what this org gives a poop about. They talk about it with every single prospect.

And if Kulich's gonna be a Skinner (he won't but his metrics would look similar this year) he's gotta be able to score here, a lot.

Because they have the pleasure of watching every single game in Rochester.

And I don't mean that facetiously, he's an exciting talent on a fun team that's very easy to root for.

on the last point of Clifton or EJ playing, Donny isn't the type to stiff a homecoming.

My guess, EJ/Bryson out. Can make an argument to play EJ because they want a more hard nosed approach to the Bruins, which would bench RJ two games in a row, dumb.

I don't know, we're (frank)ing terrible.

“Not great,” Clifton, who, at 28, is the second-oldest defenseman on the Sabres, said bluntly. “I’m pretty frustrated with my game, honestly. It’s been a while now, and, obviously, I haven’t found my game. Working on that every day and trying to get it back where I can impact this team in a positive way and start winning some games early.”

“I think he’s going through a process of, even coming in on a bigger contact and different expectations and different role, and I think he’s feeling some pressure that might not be there, as well,” Granato theorized to reporters. “He doesn’t look like himself, at times. He looks out of rhythm, just in his reads. Just a hockey read. Not anything systematic at all, but just a hockey read. So, he’s a guy I’ve known for a long time, and he’s certainly being challenged. I think the biggest challenge is his confidence day to day, with respect to where he’s at right now.”

Sure, if anyone actually watches them that much.

Takes some time to adjust to the NHL. At some point, they have to give these kids a decent opportunity and some time. Rosen is kind of getting it, but he'll probably play 6 minutes on a line that likely gets physically dominated by Boston. Nice that Benson and Johnson are getting it. Would like to see Kulich and Rosen break in before the end of the season.

Okposo:

"Alright boys, when I was in the padded room...the moon came down and told me that our signs are aligning with the 9 galaxies that control the flow of the universe. Now I'm out and a raccoon made eye contact with me yesterday morning which indicates we are 1 with mother nature....let us humm some Avril Lavigne. Please make sure you watch your step when going onto the ice, it's slippery."

The coach is spewing theories to the media about a guy he brought in and has a personal day to day relationship with...every person in the organization is in the wrong position, including players.

Andrew Raycroft, who won the rookie of the year for the Boston Bruins 20 years ago, credited his time in the AHL when thinking about why he was ready to have that type of a season.

“The AHL allows you to struggle and figure a way out of your struggle without extremely high expectations,” Raycroft said. “That’s the hardest thing in pro hockey. Devon Levi hasn’t struggled very much in his life. He’s going to struggle. There’s no way around it. Connor Bedard is going to struggle. All of these guys struggle. What the minors do is allow you to figure out how you get out of that. It allows you to figure it out in a place where no one is really worried about it if you are struggling. In the NHL, every game, every two points counts. There’s no time to get better at that.”
