Sounds like they are revamping the entire seating eventually.

My guess is a lease extention soon.

Probably already in palimenary talks forcing minimal upgrades. Could make the Sabres more lucrative, a nicer arena and new lease.

I said, running a petroleum business is not the same as running a sports franchise.

He's been bad at it and if you think otherwise you're ignoring the past 12 years.

Kim, objectively, did not know how to manage a sports franchise. That much is clear by the tearing down of PSE.

while Terry has significantly more managerial acumen than his wife, he too is incapable of running it efficiently.

His model of efficiency is inefficiency

Anything 300 level wise the don’t really have the space to do much. It’s so crammed.

100 level redoing the Lexus club and blasting out those walls could help. Everything is so enclosed.

A lot of these problems remain relatively hidden when you're winning.

The magnifying glasses come out when your arena(s) are going to poop and nothing is being done about it and your orgs are dissolving to create more efficiencies and letting the public know that the president had unviable ideas.

The lexus club is a lot less selective then it used to be.
I have a pair of seats directly across from the entrance, nice easy access clean bathrooms.... 😀
