As your attorney, I would advise you that Beane could have cut or traded AJ Epenesa or Basham and restructured a few contracts to add him. It could have been done.

Watch, Ngakoue will probably have 10 to 15 sacks for the Bears this year, whereas Epenesa and Basham will combine for 3.5.

He'll be playing Von's position, which is OLB. Lawson and Rousseau will be your starting defensive ends. Good luck striking fear into the hearts of Rodgers, Tua, Burrow, Herbert, Lawrence and Mahomes with that.
