I still can't find why this was a civil vs criminal case, especially when the perpetrators were directly identified. I wonder if she chose to settle instead of press criminal charges, or if she chose to settle prior to the police being able to collect enough evidence to charge.

There is a lower bar to achieve in winning a Civil case...also, Having not won in Criminal Case, Civil Cases have a payout which appeases some who feel they were wronged but did not win in criminal court.

One can draw many conclusions, some right, some wrong.

I would explore options, there would be a comp if Karlsson gets moved and that would establish the floor for Dahlin. I would prefer to sign him though so I would make the window of trading him short.
