It can still be fixed.

Sign ironman, 3x cup-winning, coney Island champion, true American patriot Phil Kessel to play with Peyton Krebs and Jordan Greenway

does the dump of an arena have enough hot dogs?

Girgensons basically isnt good enough to make a team really good and not bad enough to make a team worse.

He's a longtime player , 4th line plugger. With good defensive underlying numbers.....

A safe signing, you know exactly what you're getting

The griddle is on the fritz but they can boil as many dogs as he wants. The goal is to have a condiment vendor under contract by October. That said, it might be an in-house condiment development year so plan on bringing some packets

Loser mentality is firmly ensconced here.

Usually I never compare the sabres to the bills as one has a farm club and 1 is a 53 man roster but..............

anyone who thinks the playoffs wouldn't have done much for the sabres last year must have been living under a rock when the bills beat miami in the last week and daulton won in ot a few minutes later so the bills got in. The tears of joy amongst the players is something most of you can't comprehend and the price of getting a monkey off of a teams back in the locker room is huge

The last comparable moment was when Gerbe scored to tie the Flyers in the last game of the regular season in 2011 and the teams went to a stalement with the understanding they'd play each other in the playoffs

Place went bananas. That was 12 years ago.

The lack of planning for improvements to the arena is troubling to say the least amidst relocation runours.

I know I just posted this but wow... I forgot how fun this whole game was. Gerbe was a beast, great playmaking from Vanek/finishing from Pominville and Ruff puts Miller in for the 3rd period despite enroth playing well.

He knew Miller would shut the door.

I dont think there's even a 2% they will relocate. For as many flaws as T Pegs has as an owner, I don't think he'd sell them to an outside interest looking to relocate. Just can't see it happening.

The arena improvements are technically the responsibility of the county. So it's a cheap move on his part but it's part of the game. We as Erie County tax payers will pay for his new home in 2025. It is what it is.

Could you imagine being a dip poop GM and not actually trying to make the postseason in this city?

“ Like, geez. Year after year, they find ways to win big on the draft floor. After not making the playoffs since 2011, and not winning a series since 2007 – the longest active drought – you’d hope for that to be the case. ”

Yay, picking top 10 for over a decade might pay off!

Devils have one playoff series win more than the Sabres the past decade and it came a few months ago.

They are probably one of maybe a couple teams I am envious of as a Sabres fan today.

Adams has work to do for the present, but what he’s building here is incredible.

His contributions (meaningful ones) to the roster so far in now 4 offseasons

Tuch
Krebs
Levi
Power (won a lottery)
Clifton
Quinn (might miss the entire year)
Peterka

Considering he had to trade out a cup winning franchise C, an over rated RD, and a star winger to get 3/4 of the above you think this is “incredible”??

Do you know how hard you have to screw up to not have a “bright future” when you literally never make the playoffs and are always drafting high?

I absolutely agree the future is bright, but Adams having the number of cult members he does already is jaw dropping
