Lock up Skjei with a 7 year deal.

Stop worrying about Hayes, he has shown he can play at both ends of the ice, he has skill, and can also be used to shut down other teams top guys, guys like him don't come around often.

Give Vesey a 2-3 year deal with the hopes than come year 3 if he isn't panning out his salary is still low enough that he is a trade piece, or if he does work out, you cna pay him longer term if yo want t keep him

Give Nieves a legit chance to lock down the 4th C spot.

Spooner, 2 years and trade him in 2 years at the deadline, he should have some value, and clears a spot for younger cheaper talent to get their feet wet

O'Gara is not needed, let a young kid compete for that 7th/8th spot. You've got Staal, Shatty, Smith, Sjkei, Pionk, Lingren, and Hajek that are all better than him then throw in Gilmour and D'Angelo

Horribly written article by a incompetent writer. Wilson is a good physical player who strattles the line of dangerous which is what you want in a enforcer. You complain fighters dont have enough skill. Then when they have skill they all fight to much. I'd say 3.5 mil a year is right.
- vandymeer23

Objectively, this article is better written than almost anything you'll find on line. You might not agree with it, and it's entirely possible that I don't know a damn thing about hockey, but to try insult my writing? It's like asking a girl out, getting rejected and then telling her she's ugly. She's not going to have hurt feelings - she owns a mirror!

So to summarize, Tanner owns a mirror? Or in this case is a mirror a symbol that would equate to Tanner's 8th grade journalism medal?

I'm just hoping to pry Raddysh or Foote from TBL to take Coburn and/or Callahan.

I'd imagine one or both would be going to Ottawa though.

The one guy online that said it was done thinks the extension is the hold up.

I can't help but think we (or the devils) are holding things up.

Maybe we include a b level prospect to get a better prospect or pick and accept. Just hoping it gets done today so we can move on.

It’d be tough to see them trading both Foote and Sergachev. Any deal with them I’d ask for Cirelli. He’s a center but this notion that we’ll have to many centers is dumb, I don’t think you can ever have to many centers

Yeah he's decent. Reminds me a little of Sauer, Won't ever be a great d-man, but will play steady minutes. I don't know if they'd movehim only because they pay him next to nothing. And they needs all of those types of contracts.

He wasn’t playing in the playoffs I know that. Only thought of it because Karlsson is RHD and they’d have no room for him, with G and Coburn.

I don’t think Coburn is hurting them so much with the cap, like it’s not imperative they give him up in a salary dump. But the Rangers could flip him at the deadline so it makes more sense for them. I guess TB could also

Per a league source: Stand down on a Karlsson deal today. As you were. Of course, if something occurs later on, I'm only the messenger.
