Another thing is, if they never trade Subban for Weber..they are not better or worse the last couple seasons..but they would have a pretty valuable asset to trade in Subban right now if they decided to start over. instead they have a beat up Weber

Lottery is still a good possibility. It will be up to the coach and GM. Buffalo had a fantastic plan in McDavid's draft year. If a goalie had a save percentage greater than .700, he was immediately traded or sent to the minors. Excellent way to insure a high pick. Don't have to worry too much about that stiff - even without any additions or trades, sounds like Dubas is going to give Igor Oziganov a chance. 6'2" RHD, likes to rough it up a little and has a 99 mph shot. We'll see.
