Faulk wouldn't be my first choice. Maybe deal with Winnipeg or Nashville. Would imagine they'd have to package Gardiner with someone got a real upgrade.

If the leafs sign a decent replacement for Gardiner on the second pairing to fill the spot untill Dermott is ready packaging him kapanen and a pick depending on who the Dman is.

They really don't. None of the 3 back-up options have proven they can play 25-30 games, give Andersen the rest he deserves more often and still get the Leafs the points they need.
