Its a GOOD trade...simply put.
This off-season we have added Hutton, Sheary, Berglund and Sobotka. They arent GREAT by any means, BUT they will make us better now. And per GBOT, they will add to our locker room with their experience.
AND, we have added help for the future...with the 1st, 2nd and Thompson.
GBOT hasnt been in a great spot with EKane or the ROR trade...and so far he hasnt done bad by them. We have added prospects and 1sts. AND we have shed the larger contracts.
So far so good...also, any of those NHLers above are assets that can be traded at anytime.
