would make some sense...director of player development and also GM of Utica. Likely to need a little more time (3-4 years min?) to be ready to GM in the NHL...took the GM role in Utica last summer, IIRC

capfriendly has it as 15 team team trade list, followed by 8, then 5 team no trade.

Looks like I read it backwards...set up for them not to be traded this TDL, but more likely toward the end of the contract.
