Yeah, for his rants, he actually wasn't that far off. He's sick of being lied to by "people in power" which hockey execs were part of. Not that it's news or anything, but you're allowed to be pissed off about that.

I think that's the best sale pitch we got. He signs, he's automatically our #1.

I think that's probably for the best, sign a one year deal, start 50 games, show your worth, and then sign your last big contract next year. We need a guy who can, but not necessarily will, play 50+ games. I am super leery of just throwing Ullmark to the wolves.

I was only half paying attention, but I heard him female doging and not really making a point, and then he started talking about the supreme court. His whole caustic, cynical, sarcastic nature prevents me from really listening to him.

Blues have pegged Thomas as the one prospect they won't give up, so I'd be shocked if he went in a trade for ROR. Parayko isn't somebody they're shopping, but have apparently fielded calls on him. I personally think Parayko alone is too much for a disgruntled ROR, but certainly wouldn't be Parayko + Thomas.

Much better options with StL for example
