To make matters worse... They (Gonchar and Martin) said at the end of the year Oleksiak looked way better on LD then on RD. Now hes gonna be back to out position again where they seem to think hes worse off....

This is my big problem. Oleksiak played LD with Cole as RD. Oleksiak got exposed at RD.

Johnson is nearly a point per game player in the playoffs and Torts didn’t play him this year. It could very well be a Torts problem.

I always thought Johnson was pretty tough to play against for the Pens, always seemed to be in on important goals. Ofcourse that’s just my eye test, I can’t back that up with graphs or anything.

I tend to not agree with RW since his charts said Beau Bennett was a good hockey player and should be in the top 6 when in fact he sucked. Also not a fan of the Paul Martins of the league. So well see.

Sid bringing in his BFF. I don't see him trading him so soon. I have a feeling we'll be watching him play LW if he sucks at D.

How much is max on him? We seen him be a mess before he came to the Pens, Shultz was a mess, let's wait and see. Maybe Johnson turns out to be pretty damn good? We can only hope.

Watching him play hockey let's you know he's bad. Even if he's mediocre, let's sign him to a 5 or 6 year deal...... This is bringing back Scuderi flashbacks.

Guy's, you just never know for sure how a player will work out in a new a environment with new players and coaches.

Do I want to sign him? No... But he does bring size, edge and bit of offense to the blue line.
