I’d honestly rather see Sheary traded and ZAR take the 4th line spot. Not sure how much Sheary is valued now, but throwing him on the 4th line would just make his value go down. And if the team signs green (in assuming 3 years at least) I’d be ok if they traded maatta for whatever they can get.

I'm probably alone on this one, but I'm not yet sold on ZAR.

I don't know if Sheary on the fourth line would make his value go down. It will depend on the results of the line. If it's a Kunitz-Sheahan-Sheary line, that could wind up being a pretty productive line.

I would have been okay with Hallander to DET at 36

Just for reference his draft year production was better than Filip Forsbergs.

Addison was 2nd best D in P1/g for under 18s in the WHL. Has garnered stylistic comps to Barrie and Dumba.

Pens came out very well imo for not having a 1st.

Thanks buddy. Addison seems to be a very good pick up. Barrie is the kind of D that fits perfectly with us.

Hallander is a +. Hard working guys is what we need.

Seems like a similar but better version of Bjorkqvist. Pens seem to be targeting guys that excel with going to the net, board play, etc. Probably a wise move as thats exactly the type of supporting talent we need to surround 87 and 71. Just hope they can contribute before the window closes...

How's Bjorkqvist doing btw? I remember him being a 3rd-4th liner when we picked him.

I'm still pretty bullish on trading Sheary, even if he is in a 3rd or 4th line role.

I like how people are saying stuff about Hållander when never having seen him actually play
