Last time #NYR picked a goalie this high?
Brandon Halverson near end of 2nd round in 2014 - tomburton99
So you have him, Shestyorkin, and Georgiev, and now Lindbom. Seems crowded. Who don't they believe in? |

It really makes no sense. Have to go for a forward - mdw7413
Maybe they have their eyes on some 3rd round forwards? They’ve seemed to have some success in that round. Still don’t get the goalie pick |

Time for Gordie to go along with Sather, just retire - KreiderBomb
Gonna fun t times at Garden between the the Knicks and Rangers!!! Can't stand Clark guys a franking tool. I was for rebuilding but not confident at all in the ability of Sather, Clark or Gorton to get it right!!!! |

Wow. Where the (frank) do the Kings get that cap space from? - smellmyfinger
They don't really have anyone to re-sign |

NYI is killing it - Feds91Stammer
They sure are. Probably announce a J.T. contract after the draft and they will have had their best week since the 80’s. |

Only way I am ok with the pick is if Allaire said he is quitting if they don't pick him |

I think we need to just stop watching the draft. Rangers will always leave us scratching our heads with picks. Just wait 3 years to decide - TPC
UGH.....doesn't every team who drafted have to wait a few years to find out how picks work out, w/ exception of a few top picks (who can play next year)?
It's like you guys think NYR has no clue.
Every 1st rounder pick is who they wanted, and by reading actual scouting reports NYR did good. Miller has been said to have a higher ceiling than anyone in draft!, Krotsov (spellig ?) is compare to Kuznetsov, and number 28 pick is top notch. WTF is your guys problem? |

Guess not, makes signing Doughty after the season that much more difficult though. |
