Well thats the thing. They have something starting at 4 for "pre show" blah. And then at 5, but like a year or two ago I think it was supposed to start at 5 and the first pick wasn't made for almost a half hour.

All depends on how much time wasting goes on. Even though it starts at 4:30 it probably won't actually have the first pick until 4:45. Then depending how much of the timer teams use, + time outs, + long rambling speeches...
