Hard to hate the picks, they just all seem very safe to me. Obviously Hughes has a lot of hype but he makes me nervous.

Haven’t watched Madden but apparently he is insanely fast. When Benning said speed was key this draft he wasn’t lying. Even woo is a great skater

Hughes isn't safe but was definitely highly ranked for a reason. He obviously has a huge amount of potential.

I think these kids are scouted over and over and obviously impress the scouts. We get to see 20 minutes on You Tube and we become experts.

We will follow them a lot more carefully in the next few years. If we get 2 players from this draft that become NHL players we did very good.

When I was 40 I weighed 139 and had a 30 inch waist. I did weights 8 times a day. I was in the best shape of my life and very very fast. So seeing a 150 lb kid does not raise red flags for me at all.
