I think it's okay to be somewhat undesirable right now so long as steps are taken to change that over the next couple years. As Horvat takes the reins and BB/EP become stars, Demko gives some security in net, things will look better soon.

Big name guys wanna win, bottom line, that ain't happening here any time soon. That's why they're signing second and third tier guys to play here.
Once they start to hit an upswing, assuming Pettersson knocks it outta the park, maybe then better UFA's will look at Vancouver again. |
