Consider not using slurs aimed at belittling the developmentally disabled. I'm sure Eklund would be super proud to see that one of his employees is a low-end bigot.

Seems to me a fierce desire to keep the fire burning and make sure to dramatize it over and over. Never move past it. You’ve only repeated it ad naseum as much as you can using political correctness is just another weapon. Happy days!

They still need one.

Seems that they will get someone who is adequate for the role as opposed to expectations which kind of took a life of their own. Nobody is giving starting goaltending away or their number one just bc we need one. So, to me, it will need to be something that patch the role OR someone undervalued by another team that isles think can do a bit more.

Basically... expectations ran amok vs reality of what the goalie market really was. Lou seemed very reticent to move a 1st rounder for Grabauer. So prob a bit telling on what they thought of him as a number one.

I haven’t checked how overall high danger save%. I don’t think it’s that stellar. But depends on sample size. Due to that.... I’d expect them to try to get someone who they feel has a better sample size and in range of 80% plus
