I think he does, because RHD is the only reason he traded for Larsson
- jimbro83

Good point. But he traded Eberle for Strome and the Barzal pick for Reinhart. So just distracted with a shiny object and we'll be fine.

And if he messes up one more trade, that likely ends his lifecycle as an NHL GM. Which likely should be over already

It should have been over the minute he faxed in the final paperwork for the Hall for Larsson trade

Or when he traded Seguin. The fact he was the GM of #1 pick and #2 pick in the same draft and has almsot nothing to show for it is amazing.

Well, I mean...in fairness to him he does have a Stanley Cup with Seguin. Still a terrible GM...but can't overlook that part. But yeah, trading the #1 & #2 picks in separate deals from separate teams for a collective return of a half-used roll of paper towels is a pretty impressive feat of idiocy.

Flames are desperate for scoring on the wing in any trade. They could also use two or three more Matthew Tkachuk's

Kreider?

- tomburton99

He would have to be captain first

What is anybody's thoughts on taking a goalie in round 3 or later?

If there is a chance said goalie can play, why not. Goalies are weird, you really never know when a good one may turn up.

Not great. Couple of decent prospects. Annunen, Skarek, Dostal and Rodrigue had nice years.

I'm open to it. If there's someone who they think could be a great talent, let Benny have his way with him and make it so

Artemi Panarin is aware that it's possible that he could be on a different team by the end of the weekend, but still loves Columbus. A source has suggested that he wants to see where the team is headed before making a decision a long-term commitment.

I don't understand this. Columbus looks to be heading in the right direction. Just odd.

Between the 19-22 second mark of this video. Tell me I'm crazy, but that looks like Garth Snow.

A warm welcome to a glorious ambassador for our species, Koko, to the kingdom of heaven! It's nice to have another one of us around, although I am jealous of your lack of bullet entry/exit wounds.

It's likely that he makes the jump across town to join Weight/Cappy on Quinn's coaching staff
