It would likely be Zaitsev, they've gone on record saying that they need to upgrade the RD spot.

If I had to guess, I'd say; Zaitsev, Brown, the 25th pick and Sparks for the #10 pick and Lucic.

We're talking Chiarelli here. Oilers have made it clear they want to unload Klefbom. Please recall recent history, Chiarelli sent the current Hart Trophy winner to NJ for a RHD that is not as good as Zaitsev, might not even be as good as Carrick ( He scored 13 (frank)en points on team that has McDavid on it )

I do because some talking heads, mainly Noodles, doesn't see him as a real NHL goalie so it's likely his value won't go any higher than it is now.

I also believe McBackup deserves, at this time, to ride out his final year of his deal. I'm confident he'll be fine in the net for the Leafs again this year.

I agree on Klefbom. As far as Lucic goes, don't really want him for 5 years but if they took back salary say $1.25 per year and took back Matt Martin (only 2 years left) it might be worthwhile as part of a larger deal.

What's interesting about #Oilers buying out Eric Gryba's $900K cap hit is that his entire cap hit would come off the books & not count towards their salary cap if the club were to bury him in the minors. Teams receive a maximum cap hit relief of up to $1.025M for buried players.
