He can’t

Eriksson’s flow weighs more than EP does

EP will get some serious PP time, maybe Loui can collect some garbage and increase those offensive numbers.

Someone will have too. At this point Eriksson can’t carry anything. He rides in the cart while grocery shopping.

LE wasn’t even on the PP during the 2nd half of the season. I think Green might just pair him with Sutter as a checking line. But I do bet EP gets stuck with him to start the season since the Sedins are gone.

He's always been a passenger, why Benning and Linden couldn't see this (until now apparently) is beyond me!!

He should just be used as an overpaid checker at this point. He was once considered one of the better two way wingers in the league so he should still be decent.

Not much else you can do at this point unless EP does magically revive his career.

He was plan B after Lucic. Vrbata was plan B after Iginla.

Once they make their minds up on filling a spot through free agency, they can’t be stopped lol.

Yes he's good defensively, however, I think they might actually put Gaudette as third line center because he can probably create more offense for his wingers than Sutter can. Just a guess?

I don’t really get caught up in line #’s after Bo’s line. Sutter’s line should and probably will get the toughest defensive assignments. The other 2 lines will get easy/neutral usage.

They saw him kill it at the Worlds with the Sedins, the same as I did. He was brought in to play with them. And although I was obviously disgustingly wrong, I wasn’t against the move at the time, which you should keep in mind if you ever find yourself agreeing with one of my posts.

Agreed. He’ll never live up to his salary, so you might as well use him in a way that he might not be painfully bad at.

I think most of us thought he’d be good for the first half of the contract, no one thought he’d be this bad to start.

I'm getting a bit ahead of myself as it's only June 19th, it's a long ways from September but it's fun to project/guess, I've got nothing else to do.

This offseason they have money to spend. How scary is that?

Fully expecting a 4 year deal for Bozak and Reaves. Curious to see how dumb they are willing to get for Perron or Beagle.
