This is why you are so lost. Nobody is flocking to HB to read what you write. We have been coming in here for years to BS about the Islanders. Long after you got shat canned from here we have still been coming in here day after day after day. Some read the blogs and others don't. Bottom line is we all enjoy each other's company for the most part and whether we argue over points, laugh over gifs and stupid comments or just vent we come into the comments section to do just that. We don't need a blogger to do that. Whether you blog, Dan & Noel blogs or Dee blogs nothing changes in here. It's still the same small loyal group of guys who come in here each day to BS.

To be honest most in here don't care for you and wouldn't care if you left tomorrow. Actually most would probably be happy but don't think for a second you're the reason the same posters come in here day after day. We'll be here regardless. It's not like since you came back the audience has grown. It's the same crew and if Dan or Noel were still here it would be the same amount of comments each day. Especially since all the news that has broken in the last 3 or so weeks. So smarten up

Pretty incredible what having a GM that's not incompetent can do quickly for a team. Hopefully it'll continue. Lameriello is not flawless and I'm sure he'll do some stuff that we don't agree with but he's not Garth Snow. That alone is the most positive thing that has happened to this team in the last twenty something years. There's hope for the first time in a very long time and every Islander fan should be smiling from ear to ear at this point.

Yeah man.....it’s pretty crazy actually. We’re so used to Davidson and Wagner deadline pick ups. It’s weird having a guy leading who’s so respected.
I just hope our team gets back to seeing starting goaltenders from opposing teams, and getting that Ranger rivalry back. The Ranger rivalry has been dead since Messier grabbed Jason Blake with one hand and held him off, as Blake through punches like a child and landed none. Ha
