My understanding is that Lou Lamoriello's strong preference is to have a coach named by the time he gets to Dallas.

BUT...He's not going to force anything. Lou always says if you have time, use it

Also was listening to NHL radio and Jim Benning just hired the cat from Colorado college (to lazy to look it Garth. He said no one knew who Babcock was before he was hired or scotty bowman.
