If I am reading point C correctly, you are stating that Enstrom was our best defensive d-man ?
Trouba gets minimal PP time, because the other 2 are better on the PP. That is not to say that Trouba is not a better all-around defenceman, than Buff and Myers.

Rexy and I can find a lot to disagree about but Enstrom plays an outstanding defensive game. Good first passes (takes a hit to do it), good stick for disrupting plays, gets in the lane, picks up his check effectively and blocks shots as needed.
The challenge for me in Enstrom's game is this - how to value a mostly one-dimensional and undersized defenseman?
The answer is that the role needs to be defined and accepted by player, coach and GM, and, the contract needs to reflect the role. I like him on the ice lots when preserving a lead, there is not much else to get excited about in his game.
