Don't you think the Marlies winning the Calder Cup might be a promising development for the Leafs and MLSE should be optimistic? I personally think having a stacked AHL team to complement Matthews and Co. is not embarrassing, it's rad.

i lost all optimism for this organization long ago. the marlies roster is also comprised of many veteran players.
